Let me tell you a bit about myself so you can see how those things tie together.
My name is Matthew Wayne Cook. Sometimes I got by Matt Wayne. Sometimes I go by Matt Cook.
I’m Australian, born in 1986, the year best known for the release of Metallica’s “Master of Puppets”.
Since the age of 26, I’ve been learning / doing business online.
I began writing emails, then learned more advanced copywriting like sales letters and launch material. Then I took on full marketing and project management roles.
I’ve had some good successes like 6 figure launches, and a project that has done over $1,000,000 in total sales – pretty cool!
That’s 5 years experience in the trenches! Very proud of thst experience 🙂
However, all that was for clients. I was always only ‘learning and practicing’ business, while I figured out what I personally wanted do. You know, passion and purpose and stuff like that 😉
Now I’ve found something to run my own business around. See, for years of my life I had extremely tight muscles, and pain throughout my entire muscular system. I assure you, it was quite awful, lol.
However, I found 2 mentors who helped me fix it, and their methods worked when literally nothing else would (trust me, I tried everything).
Their names were Eero Westerberg (YouTube: Vahva Fitness) and Egwin Ertl (YouTube Scopeoflife). Both are geniuses and are leading the world with their thinking about movement and the human body.
Since basically becoming ‘cured’, I’m now interested in not only teaching what helped me, but also creating a huge change in the way people of the world are educated about movement and how to use their body.
I assure you – the average person knows less than 1% about how use their body. Or rather ‘how to consciously interact’ with their body,as Egwin Ertl puts it.
However it can all be learned, by almost anyone, with few exceptions. Tight muscles, stiff joints, bad posture – fixing these is quite simple, with the right approach.
And what is on the other side? Movement! Being able to learn a fun sport – boxing, swimming, aerial yoga and bodybuilding are what I’m personally interested in. What about you?
